Strengthen economic and trade exchanges. Turkish local enterprises, Chinese private enterprises and quality suppliers and buyers are invited to visit Shaoxing and participate in key international textile exhibitions such as China Shaoxing Keqiao International Textile Expo and World Cloth Manufacturers Conference held in Shaoxing. China has conducted friendly exchanges with the All-China Federation of Overseas Chinese in Turkey, exchanged views on the establishment of Turkish overseas liaison offices, and accelerated the expansion of channels for attracting investment, serving enterprises, and promoting two-way trade and investment. 3. Promote industrial linkage. Support Turkey Home Textile Association, Chinese Private Enterprise Chamber of Commerce and other business associations to reach cooperation agreements with Shaoxing Textile Industry Association, and promote Shaoxing and Turkey in the textile, clothing, chemical and other industries to complement each other and work in the same direction.
Second, from "slow walking" to "accelerated running", the "new business format" is becoming bigger and bigger. The economic and trade delegation focused on infrastructure construction, business entity innovation and platform carrier layout to promote the stable, healthy and high-quality development of new forms and models of foreign trade. 1. "Overseas warehouse construction" to find a new way. Accelerate the construction and layout of public overseas warehouses in countries along the "Belt and Road", and communicate and negotiate with Turkish overseas Chinese enterprises on matters related to the joint construction of Istanbul public overseas warehouses by government and enterprises. 2. "Shop open worldwide" to start a new journey. From the aspects of business rules, product categories, consumption habits, logistics and transportation, this paper analyzes the feasibility and potential growth space of Shaoxing enterprises to open stores in Turkey's Hepsiburada, Trendyol and other e-commerce platforms. 3. "Brand going to sea" opens a new bureau. Guide Shaoxing textile enterprises to learn from the experience of Turkey's home textile brand model, fine-layout brand development strategy in stages, and gradually transform from "many and scattered" to "small and fine" to enhance overseas consumers' awareness of Shaoxing home textile brand.

According to the principle of "three in place", the Municipal Bureau of Commerce has made every effort to do a good job of the whole process and one-stop service guarantee for exhibitors, and the satisfaction rate of enterprises has exceeded 95%. 1. Policy publicity in place. In the early stage of the exhibition, the exhibition actively announced the implementation plan of Shaoxing City's "Ten industry hundred exhibition thousands of enterprises" to expand the market and the support policy of 2023 "Grab the single expansion of the city" to support enterprises to "go out to sea" to expand the market. 2. Be prepared. For 30 Shaoxing enterprises to provide "one to one" intimate service, to guide in advance to do sample exit, booth layout, translator arrangement and other exhibition preparation work, to help enterprises show advantages in the exhibition, attract visitors, expand the market. 3. Second, strengthen exchanges and cooperation. Strengthen cooperation and exchanges with countries along the "Belt and Road", carry out economic and trade exchanges with governments, enterprises and various business associations, support Shaoxing enterprises to participate in global key exhibitions, and encourage overseas enterprises to invest and start business in Shaoxing. Third, we need to build a sound platform for development. Relying on the three "national brand" platforms, we will accelerate the development of new business forms and models such as cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouses, strive to build a new pattern and new space for foreign trade, and achieve a higher level of opening up.
